Conditions for Returns and Refunds

Return Window:

  • We have a 4-Day Return Policy. You have 4 days from the date of delivery to register a return. The return window will automatically close after this period.

Unboxing Video:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all returns. Returns and refunds are only accepted for:
    • Missing parts
    • Damaged products
    • Defective products
    • Wrong items

Notification:

  • Email us at support@rheeal.com within 4 working days of receiving your order. Please include your order ID, reason for the return, and product photos showing all tags.

Quality Assurance:

  • To maintain the quality of our products, we conduct a thorough proper inspection process before dispatch. Still if you face any issue with the delivered items, please report it within 4 days of delivery, accompanied by an unboxing video that clearly shows the damage. Failure to provide this evidence will result in the rejection of your return request.

Multiple Products:

  • If you purchase multiple items, only the damaged product will be eligible for return.

Video Requirements:

  • Ensure the video is clear and highlights any damaged, defective, or missing parts of the jewelry. The video should also include the original labels and tags intact. If these requirements are not met, we will not be able to process your request.

Dislike Policy:

  • If you are not satisfied with a product upon delivery, you can email us to request a reverse pickup within 4 days. Please note that a shipping charge of INR 60 will be deducted from your refund. We do not issue cash refunds; any eligible refunds will be credited back to the original payment source.

Availability for Pickup:

  • After submitting your return request, please ensure you are available for the reverse pickup and ready to answer calls from the delivery partner. If you miss the pickup, it may be canceled, and you will need to reinitiate the process, which could extend the overall timeline.

Pin Code Restrictions:

  • While most pin codes are serviceable for both forward and reverse shipping, some may only allow forward shipping. In such cases, we may request that you return the product using an alternate courier service.

Refund Timeframe:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-6 working days once we receive the returned product. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method, and the time it takes to reflect in your account depends on the payment method used:

    • 3-5 business days for credit/debit card refunds.
    • 5-7 business days for bank transfers.

    Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging to avoid any delays in processing your refund.

Combo/Gift Box Items:

  • For combo pack jewelleries, partly return is not acceptable. For any issue one have to return the whole product ( Combo Product)  to get the refund.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We are unable to accommodate order cancellations due to operational limitations. We kindly encourage our customers to make thoughtful purchasing decisions before placing an order.
