1. Shipping Options

We proudly offer shipping for all orders across India. Please note that we do not provide international shipping at this time.

2. Order Payment and Shipping Charges

  • A shipping fee of INR 60 applies to all orders below INR 499.
  • Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over INR 499.

3. Payment Options

We accept payments via:

  • Net Banking
  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • UPI
  • Paytm, Phonepe, Gpay

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) and Pay on Delivery (POD) options are not available.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic Shipping: Orders within India are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

5. Address Modifications

You may request changes to your shipping address as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once your order status is "Ready to Ship" with an AWB number, it will be processed using the address provided.

6. Effective Communication

To facilitate communication, please ensure you include a valid email address with your order.

  • Upon shipment, you will receive an SMS on your registered number and an email containing your order and tracking information.

7. Delivery Concerns

Rheeal By Ria is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are here to assist you with tracking your parcel if any issues arise with the delivery partner.
  • Please do not share any OTPs with the delivery partner until your order has been successfully delivered to your specified address.
